Job Description

1. Responsibilities

Ensure overall success of a project, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.

Manage and monitor project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget.

Plan and manage the scope of the project, its objectives and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of project to the business outcomes of the Authority.

Lead the development of the overall project schedule & activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones and deliverables.

Build comprehensive work plan and ensure all team members are on-board with delegated tasks and activities.

Conduct regular work group meetings and provide project progress and status reports to stakeholders.

Perform stakeholder management, including keeping the relevant stakeholders informed of the project status on a timely and regular basis.

Manage processes and procedures covering issue and risk management.

2. What we are looking for

CITPM(Certified ICT Project Management Programme) or PMP (Project Management Professional) or COMIT (Certification in Outsourcing Management for IT) or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.
Proven ICT project management experience, preferably in medium to large scale ICT projects in government sector.
Possess a proven and successful track record in delivering complex IT projects/programs,
Good knowledge of ICT Components: Servers. ICT Application, IT Security, end-user computing (EUC), ICT Operation.
Added advantages for:

o Proven ICT project management experience for payment systems or in financial industry

o Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation
