Job Description

Responsibilities

a) Ensure the cleanliness of pantry, utility areas and meeting rooms items. This includes, but not restricted to:
• Washing of cups, plates and cutlery including washing of teacup sets etc.;
• Maintaining cleanliness of all the pantry and the pantry storeroom inclusive of the appliance in the pantry such as refrigerators, microwave ovens, coffee machines, surface cleaning of hot drink/water dispensers, basin & etc on daily basis;
• Carrying out cleaning of refrigerators on a daily basis;
• Daily stocktaking and replenishment of items in all the pantry, meeting rooms and utility area (e.g. biscuits, beverages); and
• Monthly stocktaking and update the inventory list of the pantry items and report to officer in charge when the supplies are running low.
b) Ensure operational readiness of meeting facilities and functionality of the pantry and common areas. This includes, but not restricted to:
• Setting up beverage support such as cups/saucers/beverages & etc/layout of room for the meetings;
• Shifting of furniture / items;
• Buying lunch/refreshments for the meeting when required which she/he will be reimbursed;
• Upkeeping the room to its original layout after meetings;
• Clearing the meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas;

Job Requirement

Requirements

Fit and healthy with housekeeping experience
Knowledge of proper food/drink handling and pantry cleanliness standards
Basic English communication (spoken and written)
Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
Attention to detail with commitment to cleanliness
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Good organisational and time management skills
Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset and friendly customer service skills
