Job Description

Job Requirements:

Possess a valid Singapore Tourism Board (STB) Tour Guide License
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 5 passes
Experience in museums, heritage attractions, places of interest or related homeland security industries preferred
Fluent in English and at least one Mother Tongue language
Strong presentation and storytelling skills
Positive attitude and customer-oriented personality
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging guided tours for local and overseas visitors
Present historical information accurately and professionally
Facilitate interactive exhibits and visitor activities
Ensure visitors have a safe and enjoyable experience
Encourage visitor participation and feedback
Maintain professionalism and adhere to operational procedures
