Job Responsibilities
Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent customer service
Support registration and customer flow during ceremonies and events
Manage queues and guide visitors to designated areas
Assist customers in using self-service kiosks and provide basic troubleshooting
Perform administrative duties and simple reporting
Prepare and set up service counters and rooms before operations
Job Requirements
Minimum ITE / Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
Computer literate and comfortable using digital systems
Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
