Job Description

Working Days & Time
Mondays to Fridays: 5.30 pm to 10:00 pm
Saturdays & Sundays: 08:30 am to 07.30 pm

Job Responsibilities
The Personnel shall be competent to perform duties as listed below: –

1.Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Management

Conduct routine daily/weekly checks of all NYP Sports Facilities. These include Air-conditioning/Fans systems, Door security systems, indoor & outdoor lightings, flooring, doors and windows etc, pumps etc.)
Oversee the cleanliness and smooth operations of the NYP Sports Facilities and report faults or problems to Eco-Campus Services and Solutions Department by calling the maintenance hotline number 6550-0300.
Ensure proper and timely reporting of faults and required repair work to the respective departments or Staff-in-Charge
Monitoring the proper usage of facilities and equipment at NYP Sports Facilities to avoid the misuse of the facilities and equipment (e.g. booking of room for study instead of conducting CCA training).
To work with NYP in evacuating users during emergency situation
2.Facilities Booking Management

Manage the use of the facilities either via NYP on-line Booking System or via the manual bookings for Swimming Pool, Badminton Courts, Squash Courts, Table-Tennis Table, Stadium Running Track and other facilities
Ensure opening/closing of facilities before and after use
Ensure facilities are set up or ready for use by respective users before each booking session
3.Maintenance and Delivery

Report faults or problems to Estates within an hour of problem at hand. To follow up within 1 working day
Ad hoc: liaise with internal and external vendors for any repairs/maintenance work needed (e.g. internal – SMM Pte Ltd in-house vendor, external – soccer field maintenance awarded vendor)
Requirement

· At least a year of experience
