Job Description

Responsibilities
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you need to:

Be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications. The role requires expertise in frontend and backend development, cloud technologies, DevOps automation, and application security. Engineers must work in an agile, DevOps-driven environment, ensuring high software quality, security, and maintainability.
Take full ownership of end-to-end application development, integrating frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant web applications.
Implement modern frontend architectures, ensuring reusability, scalability, and security.
Develop high-performance backend services and APIs, ensuring reliability, security, and observability.
Work with Quality Assurance (QA) engineers to ensure automated test coverage and proactively fix bugs and defects.
Optimize full-stack CI/CD deployment strategies, ensuring seamless and automated releases.
Work with DevOps teams to automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and cloud deployments.
Ensure full-stack security, including authentication, authorization, API security, and frontend security best practices.
Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve application performance and developer productivity.
Requirements
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you need to have:

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Strong frontend & backend development experience; proficient with Git workflows.
Frontend:

JavaScript/TypeScript; frameworks like React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, or Svelte
Mobile: Swift, Kotlin, or React Native
UI tools: Tailwind, Material-UI, Bootstrap; Figma for design
Backend:

Node.js (Express/NestJS), Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot), Ruby on Rails, or Go
APIs: REST, GraphQL, gRPC, WebSockets
Observability:

APM tools (Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, etc.)
Logging (ELK, Loki); dashboards & alerts
Scalability & APIs:

API design, caching (Redis), rate limiting
Scaling strategies (load balancing, autoscaling)
DevOps & Cloud:

CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Docker, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Security:

Frontend (CORS, XSS), Backend (OAuth, JWT), Cloud (IAM, OWASP)
Testing:

Unit & integration testing (Jest, Cypress, Postman, etc.)
Bonus:

Low-code tools, micro-frontends, edge computing
