Position : Call Center Operator
Work Location : Jalan Bahar
Work Days & Time : Shift work – 2 days’ work and 2 days off (1st Shift – 10 am to 10 pm and 2nd Shift -10 pm to 10 am)
Job Requirement
To manage feedback received on alleged Tobacco / Vape related offences via specific hotlines and email addresses.
Shall respond to the feedback and assign enforcement teams for follow up.
On social media platforms and keywords provided by the Authority.
Compile reports for review when peddlers have been identified for follow up.
