Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordination, and supervision of food safety, quality control, and inspection activities
Ensure implementation and compliance with national food safety laws, standards, and guidelines
Conduct or oversee food sampling, testing, and inspection of food establishments and processing units
Prepare, verify, and maintain statutory records, inspection reports, laboratory documentation, and official correspondence
Job Requirement
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Food Science and Nutrition or Food Science and Technology; OR a Diploma in Nutrition and/or Dietetics or minimum Diploma in Nutrition and/or Dietetics.
Minimum of TWO (2) years of relevant working experience.
Preferably has completed Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) Food Labelling Good Practices course.
