Responsibilities
Handle registration and bookings for guests and perform counter duties.
Handle public enquiries and feedback.
Promote all membership and programs. Enforce rules and regulations at the facilities to ensure safety of visitors.
Manage and monitor event registration.
Assist in event logistics and the set-up of field of play prior to any sport booking for sport facilities and programmes.
Assist to promote water safety awareness and maintain orderliness at the water slides and swimming pools where applicable when deployed at the pool area.
Job Requirement
Requirements
Possess a valid Standard First Aid certificate from a Training Centre
It would be advantageous for the Service Ambassadors to have some experience in event, customer service and/or facilities management and/or prior experience with Sport Centres’ Operations.
