Job Description

Receive incoming emergency calls;
· Generate Emergency Call Taking (ECT) form via the Authority’s incident management IT system;
· Retrieve incident location from caller;
· Determine the incident categories from information provided by the caller;
· Input required details into ECT form;
· Perform telephone triaging and medical advisories to callers for medical calls based on the guidelines provided by the Authority;
