Job Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Project.
Ensure all necessary clearances are sought by the respective Project contractor from all relevant authorities prior to the commencement of works.
Monitor and ensure the respective Project contractor makes timely preparations as soon as possible upon Client issue of the Letter of Acceptance
Track and monitor the respective Project contractor’s submission to authorities for clearance
Ensure that the respective Project contractor’s Qualified Person and/or Professional Engineer’s design and requisite plans are submitted and relevant approvals for the Project and all related works are obtained in a timely manner.
Review, approve and monitor the 3 Project’s Overall master programme, cost and ensure that the respective Project is within the allocated construction cost budget specified by HDB.

Job Requirments:
Over all Site Project Coordinator shall be a PSPC-Recognised Project Manager.
Possess an Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering,Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management or other construction and engineering related degree;
A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB Projects.
Having completed at least 1 number of building related Project of 3 million and above within the past 5 years;
Accredited under the Accreditation of Project Managers scheme (APM) administrated by the Society of Project Managers;
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate (i.e. both in writing and verbal) effectively with residents.
