Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor work progress, site safety, and quality control to ensure compliance with project standards and maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Verify materials and inspect construction works to identify and report discrepancies to the supervising team for timely resolution
Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to resolve site issues and facilitate smooth project execution
Lead attendance and active participation in site meetings, maintaining precise records of progress, inspections, and variations to support project tracking
Review method statements and assist in ensuring proper site execution aligned with project requirements and safety standards
Ensure all works comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
Assist in preparing site instructions, defect lists, and submission forms to support project documentation and quality assurance

Job Requirement

Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) certification
Minimum of 3 years of relevant onsite supervision experience in major construction works, specifically deep excavation projects
