Job Description

The Services required shall be as follows:

• Supporting SDT and SMT in student

management and discipline matters (such as

investigation, reporting, communication with

stakeholders (e.g. taking students’ statements).

• Assisting in drafting and administering

behavioural management forms

• Guiding/coaching students who are on

in-house suspension or Controlled Recess Duty

• Providing direct supervision of identified

students (may require to sit in classrooms)

• Responding to call for help from teachers to

manage students’ inappropriate behaviour and

bring them to a calming room
