Job Description

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. a) Engage core group of students in maintaining and running of After-

School Engagement (ASE) centre.

b) To assist in the development and running of the engagement

programme

c) To design and introduce termly programmes for ASE Collate on a

weekly basis and vendor shall submit a proposal outline of

programmes for evaluation.

d) Collate and monitor students’ attendance at the After- School

Engagement centre and to provide termly updates on attendance

e) Engage and interact with other students who drop in at ASE centre.

f) Monitor safety and well-being of all students in ASE centre.

g) To work with the teacher in-charge to motivate students and equip

them with the relevant skills and values.

h) Adheres to the school’s rules and expectations of all students at all

times.

i) To communicate with teachers on all matters pertaining to GEAR-Up.

j) To carry himself/herself in a responsible and ethical manner at all times.

k) To provide a thorough review of the program at the end of the

academic year.

l) To conduct holiday programmes for GEAR-Up students (March, June,

September, December 2026)
