Requirements
Bus Condition Survey:

Hardcopy and digital copy of the corresponding duly filled Bus Condition Survey Checklist, which shall be signed off by the Contractor and countersigned by the respective PTO’s Workshop Manager and
Digital photos to supplement the findings as per the filled Bus Condition Survey Checklist, All photos are to be unique to each bus.
