Develop personas, empathy maps, and customer journey maps through user research and data
Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes around customer needs while balancing business requirements
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and developers
Analyze user feedback and activities and iterate to enhance the user experience
Provide expert reviews on UX elements on websites and mobile apps
Keep abreast of emerging industry and design trends and recommend them to supervisors
Job Requirement
Job Requirements:
Degree or certifications in design, human-computer interaction, or related field
3+ years of experience in post-graduate experience in hands-on UX design projects
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient in designing reusable UI components for design style guides and design systems
Ability to conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviours
Knowledge of current and emerging standards in accessibility and W3C guidelines
Familiarity with design thinking methodologies
Keen interest and understanding of emerging trends in UX design for websites and mobile apps
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
