Job Description

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Design and implement activities in the school’s UPLIFT Room so

as to provide High Needs Students (HNS) with a safe and

conducive place to be in after school hours

• During these activities, to also engage and build rapport with

HNS so as to educate, equip, and empower them with pro-social

skills and resilience.

• Provide HNS with a positive adult figure that they can look to for

support and in times of need (e.g., social-emotional support,

positive role model).

• Work closely with school staff to follow up on any concerns

relating to the student (e.g., safety and well-being)
