Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance UiPath Studio / StudioX automation workflows in line with Central RPA Platform standards and release schedules.
Rework and refactor existing Studio / StudioX scripts to ensure compatibility with updated UiPath Automation Suite versions followingmajor upgrades.
Support the full Service Request (SR) lifecycle – from development, SIT coordination, UAT support, to production deployment – within SLA timelines (Urgent SR ≤ 3 working days, Normal SR as mutually agreed).
Conduct unit testing, functional testing, and SIT forall automation deliverables before handover to production.
Implement new UiPath capabilities (e.g., AI Centre,Document Understanding, Task Mining, Process Mining) as directed by theSolution Architect.
Maintain version control and configuration managementfor all automation assets on the Platform (Orchestrator).
Ensure test data and test accounts are removed fromProduction before each release.
Support annual UiPath platform upgrades by validating script compatibility on the Staging environment prior to Non-Production and Production rollout.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving automation incidents (Severity 1: resolve within 4 hours; Severity 2: within 3 working days; Severity 3: within 6 working days).
Collaborate with business analysts and agency stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical design specifications
Maintain technical documentation including process definition documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and user guides in editable format.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UiPath Studio/ StudioX automation development.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification –strongly preferred.
Additional certifications in UiPath specialised products (Document Understanding, AI Centre) are advantageous
UiPath Certified RPA Developer (UiARD) or equivalent UiPath certification (required).
Proficiency with UiPath Orchestrator – publishing, scheduling, monitoring, and managing bots.
Experience with at least 3 of the following UiPath Automation Suite components: Orchestrator, Document Understanding, AI Centre,Action Centre, Apps, Test Suite, Automation Hub, Process Mining.
Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) andCI/CD-integrated deployment pipelines.
Ability to work within a Government Data Centre environment, comply with government ICT security policies, and handle Confidential / Sensitive High classified data.
Technical Skills
UiPath Studio / StudioX / Studio Web – advanced workflow development.
UiPath Orchestrator – tenant management, queues,assets, triggers, monitoring.
REFramework (Robotic Enterprise Framework) designpatterns.
API integrations (REST/SOAP), Excel/Office automation,SAP, web scraping.
Knowledge of Kubernetes-based infrastructure sufficientto understand deployment contexts.
Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, and SSO concepts.
Government-standard OS and browser compatibility(Microsoft Edge Chromium, Google Chrome).
Good to Have
Prior experience delivering RPA solutions in Singapore Government / Statutory Board / public sector projects.
Exposure to Whole-of-Government (WOG) shared service environments or multi-agency platforms.
Experience with UiPath Automation Suite (Kubernetes deployment) or UiPath Cloud.
Familiarity with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC /GCC+) infrastructure.
Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, AICentre, or Process Mining modules.
Knowledge of ITIL-based incident and service request management processes.
