Student Engagement Officer (Full-time)
i) Perform on-ground discipline support
– Promote positive student behaviour and assist with student
management across the school environment.
– Carry out duties including canteen supervision, detention
monitoring, traffic management, and regular patrols within the
school and its surrounding areas.
– Oversee students placed on in-house suspension, ensuring
adherence to school rules and meaningful engagement with
assigned tasks.
– Provide in-class support for students exhibiting behavioural
challenges.
ii) Administrative and communication support
– Support student development key personnel in case
management, including fact-finding, engagement with students
and parents, coordination of follow-ups, and monitoring of
student progress.
– Assist the Discipline team in the day-to-day management of
student discipline.
– Assist the Discipline team in conducting home visits with school
personnel and making follow-up calls to parents.
– Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing and managing daily
activities at the in-house detention centre.
– Conduct regular patrols of the school premises to maintain
orderliness.
– Participate in case management for students identified as at-risk
– Conduct investigations as part of case management and submit
the relevant reports.
– Assist the Discipline team in maintaining student discipline during
school functions and events (e.g. Speech Day, Sports Carnival,
Level Camps) as and when required.
– Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the relevant
authority, including general administrative and office-related
tasks.
