Trainer (Healthcare Support Operations)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct induction, On-the-Job Training (OJT), and refresher courses for Health Attendants, Mortuary Attendants, and EMTs.
Develop and update training materials based on hospital service standards and SOPs.
Deliver practical training on hygiene, infection control, patient handling, and emergency response.
Assess staff competency and provide performance feedback.
Maintain accurate training records and coordinate with HR for certification tracking.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote workplace safety awareness.
Job Requirement
Requirements:
Certificate / Diploma in Nursing, Allied Health, Training & Development, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience conducting healthcare-related or operational training.
Familiar with infection control practices and hospital environment protocols.
Good communication and presentation skills.
ACTA / ACLP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
