Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly using a customized authority-specific greeting
Provide live call answering service
Record all relevant caller details
Perform live call transfers to designated individuals, departments, or external contacts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions
Handle all information with confidentiality
Job Requirement
Requirements
At least Diploma in ITE or passed at least 3 GCE O-Level
Has Experience working as telephone operator or office administrator support.
Familiar with Microsoft Office Tools
Good communication & teamwork skills
