Responsibilities
Overall, in-charge of all Technical Staff and to coordinate on Departments’ requirements. Ensure the smooth management and operations of the facilities such as laboratories, studios
Provide direction and co-ordinate all related matters and report on manpower charges and payment claims via monthly reports. This should include:
Leave plans of Technical Staff and covering arrangements.
New and/ or rolled over Incident(s) with details and status that had occurred in the preceding month(s) and provide recommendations to resolve the issues.
Coordinate with the Technical Staff of the Department and responsible for managing and monitoring overall service requirements to ensure satisfactory service levels are met.
Job Requirement
Requirements
- Relevant working experience in Entertainment/ Theatre/ Events industry and venues.
- Proficient in using software such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/ Vector works.
- Working at height
- Wilderness first aid
- Other relevant skills such as safety and risk management, group management
