Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
Dept/Level Duties
•Perform basic administrative duties such as photocopying/laminating of teaching/learning resources
* Issue and collection of teaching/learning resources
* Perform data entry, filing, typing and printing of worksheets and notes
* Prepare certificates awarded by department/level
* Scan optical answer sheets
* Key in students’ marks/grades into computer databases
* Collate department/level surveys and other statistics
•Assist in stock management
Teaching & Learning Activities
* Act as a support to teachers in the respective classrooms
Other Duties
Assist in general administrative duties in General Office
Perform operational duties as assigned by School Management
Any other duties as assigned by School Management
