Job Description

The Services required are set out as follows (list not exhaustive):

1. Provide support to teachers for Science / CCA Robotics:

a) Prepare the items for science experiment / Lab and Robotics

classes and competition

b) Sorting and keeping equipment after class and maintain

cleanliness, stock taking, etc.

2. Perform data entry, checking and consolidation of documents.

3. Handle general administrative duties to support office operations:

a) Attending to School General Office front-desk duties

b) Handling telephone calls and walk-in enquiries

c) Attending to / assisting unwell students

d) Assist in other general admin duties when assigned

4.The Personnel is to endorse on the Official Secret Acts when

handling classified information / documents.

5. Performs any tasks as assigned by the School Leaders and

Admin Manager
