Job Description
Dept/Level Duties
• Perform basic administrative duties such as photocopying/laminating of teaching/learning resources
• Issue and collection of teaching/learning resources
• Perform data entry, filing, typing and printing of worksheets and notes
• Prepare certificates awarded by department/level
• Scan optical answer sheets
• Key in students’ marks/grades into computer databases
• Collate department/level surveys and other statistics
• Assist in stock management
Teaching & Learning Activities
• Act as a support to teachers in the respective classrooms
Other Duties
· Assist in general administrative duties in General Office
· Perform operational duties as assigned by School Management
· Any other duties as assigned by School Management
Mondays to Fridays : 07.00 AM to 4.30 PM
