Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct and prepare, weekly and monthly reports on Customer Satisfaction Survey (200 cases per month or 50 cases per week with monthly report)
Handle media platforms and provide support to the Public
Performs coordination duties, including answering of phone calls, reminder calls to contractors and/or deployment of contractors
Reply of emails to Town Council’s general mailbox.
Office administration, such as filing of records and compiling of Call Statistics Reports, etc.

Job Requirement

Requirements

Atleast 4 O level passes including English
IT inclined & web savvy
Properly trained on basic telephone handling techniques
