Supervisor (Compliance Checks)
Job Description
Provide managerial oversight of Assessors and Compliance Officers
Assign teams, plan schedules, and track monthly assessments and compliance checks
Review and validate assessment & compliance reports
Ensure quality assurance and adherence to Authority’s standards
Prepare monthly and annual analytical and performance reports
Act as key liaison with the Authority during office hours
Job Requirement
Degree or equivalent qualification
ACTA / ACLP certification (mandatory)
Red Teaming certification (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in audit, assessment, compliance, or law enforcement
Preferably former SPF / Law Enforcement Agency personnel
Strong leadership, analytical, and report-writing skills
Able to pass government security clearance
