Senior Resident Engineer (SRE)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Overall, in charge of the management and control of ALL Site Supervisors, including those of OTHER disciplines project consultants, in the supervision of the construction and related works and ensure that the works are done to the best quality possible within the schedules and approved contractors’ work programme;
Provide leadership and administrative control of the other Site Supervisors, institute and maintain discipline, punctuality, keep daily records of staff attendance, keep records and process the staff leave entitlement, sick leave, in-camp training and other personnel administrative matters and welfare on the site; and
The SRE shall note that he shall not issue instructions to the contractors involving cost or time implication to the project.
