Senior Clinical Supervisor (Youth – Supervisorial responsibilities)
Job Description
Enhancing supervisors’ competency in providing the three functions of supervision to their supervisees;
Providing objective and non-judgmental perspectives to encourage reflexive supervisory practices; and
Supporting supervisors in their supervisory practice and recognizing the impact of their personal and professional selves in their interactions with, appraisal and management of supervisees.
Job Requirement
At least a Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or relevant disciplines;
A relevant post-graduate qualification leading to a professional certification in clinical supervision;
Has held roles in direct case management or counselling in the past 10 years
At least 250 hours of working experience in providing clinical supervision to practicing professionals in the social service sector or public health sector for the past 5 years
At least 60 hours of working experience in providing Supervision of Supervision to a group of at least 3 practicing professionals with supervisorial designations in the social service sector or public health sector for the past 5 years
