Job Description

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Basic maintenance of planted and potted plants, including those at

the corridor planters, such as watering, pruning, fertilising,

mulching, weeding, etc.

• Taking care of seedlings for transplanting into potted plants in the

school premises.

• Carrying out plant transplanting as and when required for potted

plants to be used indoor and outdoor.

• Monitoring the health of all potted plants.

• Troubleshooting and replacing batteries or minor components in

automatic irrigation systems.

• Dealing with possible pest problems that could damage planted

and potted plants and seedlings.

• Advise and support the planning and upkeep of the herb garden,

fruit garden, and other thematic gardens to ensure plant suitability

and sustainability.

• Maintain the school’s aquaponics system, including preparing

grow beds, planting suitable crops, and monitoring plant growth.

• Undertake any other gardening related duties assigned by School

Management.
