Assist Operations Manager in general maintenance of school environment and upkeep of school facilities such as reporting building and equipment defects, checking school supplies are well stocked, cleaning of special rooms

Ensure the security of the school including the opening and closing of school gates and rooms; operating the security alarm system; and reporting cases of security concern

Provide support for routine operational tasks and ad-hoc tasks such as logistical support for school events including carrying and arranging furniture and equipment; and performing traffic control or ushering duties

Assist the Operations Manager in-coordinating with Term Contractors for the maintenance of school ground, facilities and equipment

Carry out any other operational or administrative duties assigned by the school
