Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor work progress, site safety, and quality control, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
Verify materials, inspect works, and raise discrepancies to the supervising team.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to resolve site issues.
Attend site meetings and maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, and variations.
Assist in reviewing method statements and ensuring proper site execution.
Ensure works comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Assist in preparing site instructions, defect lists, and submission forms
Requirements

Diploma/ Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Onsite in supervision of works similar in nature to major construction works in deep excavation works.
Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
