Responsibilities
Ensure that all architectural works on site are carried out according to approved drawings/specifications and conform to all authority standards/ requirements. Supervise architectural works
Ensure work is carried out in accordance to the design intent, specifications, and quality of works as specified in the terms of contract
Ensure timely clearing of submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples to ensure compliance with the design and specifications
Coordinate with Project Manager on daily updates and weekly reports
Maintain proper records of all site files on project correspondences, documents and drawings for easy retrieval and reference
Attend all meetings, take notes and maintain the records of such meetings
Job Requirement
Requirements
The RA shall have minimum six (6) years of relevant experience as a RA, of which at least four (4) years shall be in supervision of works similar in size and complexity; in particular experience as Resident Architect or manage large span projects such as stadium, swimming complex, auditorium, theatre etc., or roof structures with span more than 40m spans;
The RA shall possess an Architectural degree recognize by the Professional Board of Architects (BOA) of Singapore;
The RA shall work with the QP(D) / QP(S) to resolve all design and technical issues arising from the construction of the Architectural works;
