Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for the online screening and triaging of applications
Conduct preliminary screening calls with prospects/candidates to determine suitability
Submit shortlisted candidates details to the manager
Provide weekly update reports to the authority Talent Acquisition Team.
Work closely with the respective hiring managers
Map out and contact active and passive candidates suitable for assigned job roles through various sourcing techniques
Conduct interviews with the hiring manager, assess candidates’ fit in terms of technical competencies
Coordinate closely with recruitment operations team on all recruitment related activities
Constantly engage candidates and ensure a pleasant candidate experience, interview, prepare salary proposals
Job Requirement
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 years of sourcing and recruitment experience, with consistent track record of successful placements, preferably in the high-tech industry
- Able to execute sourcing strategies to attract tech talents and be recognised as a subject-matter-expert in talent research related matters
- Experienced in using social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other means to reach out to passive candidates
- Able to contribute ideas and participate in initiatives to developing new recruitment channels
- Experience with ATS/CRMS
- Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools
