Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
a) Reception and Customer Service
• Respond to phone calls, enquiries and walk-in visitors from
school community members (pupils, teachers, school staff) and
external parties (parents, vendors, public)
• Facilitate communication between parents and teachers
b) Goods and Delivery Management
• Manage incoming deliveries, collections, documents and
communications
• Ensure accurate and timely packing and distribution of items
c) Student Care and Support
• Attend to unwell/injured pupils in the sick bay and arrange parent
pickup
• Coordinate early dismissal and manage lost and found items
d) Administrative and Record Management
• Maintain and update data / documents
e) Security and Access Management
• Coordinate with security personnel on visitor arrivals
• Manage vendor access
f) General Requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of all school and pupil information
• Any other duties as assigned by the School
