Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
Duties:
1. Manage front desk operations, handle telephone inquiries, and relay
messages to appropriate personnel
2. Attend to sick / injured students
3. Contact parents of sick / injured students
4. Perform data entry work to support various school administrative
functions
5. Assist to maintain accurate records of lost and found items, students
resting in the sick bay, incidents and early release of students
6. Maintain stationeries/paper inventory
7. Housekeep the front desk area to ensure it remains orderly and
professional
8. Issuance and recording of uniform on loan to students and ensure
timely return in good order
9. Assist to keep the cupboards in the General Office clean and tidy,
including those for the stationeries and uniform, to maintain an
efficient working environment
10. Distribute mails to designated recipients in a timely manner.
11. Ensure items to be distributed are cleared and collected.
12. Inform teachers of their deliveries
13. Issue Report Books to students
14. Issue Graduation Certificates to graduated students.
15. Contact students for ad-hoc NRIC collection.
16. Help to pack items according to classes for distribution
17. Assist with lamination and binding of documents
18. Assist to update new staff name labeling at the pigeon holes
19. Perform other general administrative tasks as delegated by school
management
