Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Concierge service, manage telephone calls, walk in queries from
students and parents.
2. Attend to students’s needs and carry out necessary follow-up actions,
such as applying simple first aid dressings, recording injuries in the
logbook, and updating parents.
3. Distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
4. Assist in disseminating circulars, documents, items to teachers and
staff.
5. Assist with daily office operations such as checking on deliveries,
liasing with teachers on parents’ queries, following up on student
absenteeism and other simple administration tasks such as
photocopying and laminating.
6. Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
