Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
– Manage the school’s reception counter.
– Assist in administrative works such as data entry and key issuance.
– Maintenance of school photocopier
– Secondary 1 registration
– Maintenance of general office pantry
– Student transfer
– Maintenance of stock school stationeries, e.g. A4 papers, pens,
markers etc
– Managing school’s email
– Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principals,
Administrative Manager, Teachers and Co-workers.
