Customer Service
• Welcome visitors in a professional manner
and ensure a tidy, inviting reception area.
• Manage front-desk reception duties, answer
telephone calls and attend to walk-in
customers. Maintain customer related
information eg phone log.
Administrative matters
• Support daily administrative duties such as
documentation, data entry work and
managing correspondences to stakeholders
eg school staff, student, parent and vendor.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail, goods
delivery, filing, data entry, and photocopying.
• Issue workstation keys, stationery, teaching
materials, etc to staff.
• Provide admin support to school events and
programmes.
Student Management matters
• Provide assistance to students eg lost & found
items, change of uniform, locating teacher/
classroom/parent.
• Provide basic first aid to students with minor
injuries and update parents of such cases.
• Manage records of Lost & Found items, and
spare uniform.

Any other duties assigned.
