Job Description
Reception Duties
• Answer telephone calls (within three rings)
• Manage front counter operations, addressing queries from students,
parents and walk-in visitors
• Process and distribute incoming mails to students,parents, teachers
• Handle goods delivery, including quantity verification and notification to
Good Receipt Officer
• Process early student departures
• Provide basic first-aid to unwell students and contact parents when
necessary
Admininstrative Support
• Oversee General Office housekeeping (reception area, sick bay and
pantry), with assistance from Operations Support Officers (OSO)
• Manage temporary storage of received items in the General Office and
notify relevant staff
• Handle lost & found items, maintaining accurate records
• Provide admin support to School Leaders and General Office staff
• Perform general administrative tasks including data entry and scanning
of document.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the School
