Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Handle front desk duties which includes attending to all
enquiries i.e. phone calls, emails, deliveries and walk-in
guests, visitors and students etc.
2. Attend to sick and injured students and informing
parents where required.
3. Provide support in administrative work that includes
handling lost & found, sorting of documents, filing, data
entry,etc.
4. Provide admin support in school events and exercises
such as P1 Registration, P1 Orientation, Temperature
Taking Exercise etc.
5. Any other administrative tasks assigned by
Administration Manager and School Leaders.
6. Maintain confidentiality of all school staff and pupil
information.
