Customer Service
• To answer phone calls, manage visitors, take messages,
respond to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a
very dynamic environment where calls are volumous).
• To call pupils to convey messages during ad-hoc / special
events.
Attendance Taking
• To call pupils absentees and to check with parents on their
child’s status every morning.
Render Assistance
• To render first level assistance to walk-in pupils’ needs including
sick & injured pupils. To escalate case to other colleagues in the
office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.
• To inform parents if students are injured or sick.
• To handle / support situation when pupils vomit, soil their clothes,
need sewing of buttons and zips on uniform, arrange snacks etc.
General Duties
• To assist in the counting & sorting / distribution of brochures or
leaflets/items to the teachers and pupils.
• To assist in the School Breakfast coupons compilation if required.
• To maintain the forms cabinet under the receptionist in the office.
All forms must be current and replenished constantly.
• To manage the delivery of supplies and equipment and contact
the teacher in charge to collect the delivered items.
• To get the relevant staff who is appointed as the Goods
Acceptance Officer to sign on the delivery order.
Any Other Duties
• To support any other general administrative duties as and when
required.
