Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
Duties generally include but not restricted to:
1. Customer Service Duty (mindset must meet the realist
challenges and demands of a Primary School setting)
2. To answer phone calls, manage visitors, takes messages,
responds to enquiries, and provide general useful information (in
a very dynamic environment where calls are voluminous).
3. Able to use school implemented IT system for administrative
purposes.
4. To call parents/staff/ students to convey messages during ad-hoc
/ special events.
5. Assist Goods/Services Receipt Officer (GRO) with goods
handling , collect ad-hoc bus Work Orders, collection of forms
(eg. class photos etc) and issuing of items when requested by
school.
6. Disseminate incoming mails, letters, documents and messages
to teachers & staff promptly.
7. Always maintaining tidiness of the reception area
8. To support any other general admin duties as and when required.
9. To support the school in administrative matters when the need
arises.
