Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
Customer Service & Front Desk Management
– Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, parents, and
members of the public
– Attend to walk-in enquiries in a professional and courteous
manner
– Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
– Ensure all visitors are attended to in a timely manner
First Aid & Student Welfare
– Attend to students who require first aid assistance and administer
basic first aid as necessary
– Candidates with a valid first aid certification will be preferred
Sick Bay Management
– Oversee the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the sick bay
– Ensure the sick bay is kept clean, well-stocked, and properly
maintained at all times
– Maintain accurate records of students who have been attended to
– Manage the uniform loan system, ensuring that loans and returns
are properly recorded and tracked
Incident Reporting
– Assist in the documentation and reporting of incidents occurring
on school premises
– Ensure all reports are completed accurately and submitted in a
timely manner in accordance with the school’s established
procedures
Goods Delivery & Acceptance
– Liaise with teachers on matters relating to the delivery and
acceptance of goods
– Ensure all items received are properly documented and directed
to the relevant parties promptly
– Ensure the reception area is kept neat, tidy, and presentable at
all times
– Project a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors
and staff
Other Duties
– Undertake any other administrative or operational duties as
assigned by the Administrative Managers (AMs) from time to time
