Receptionist duties
▪ Perform customer service duties at the counter in the General Office,
attend to external and internal customers, answer phone calls,
handling walk-ins to the General Office and attend to deliveries;
▪ Assist students who are unwell in the sick bay.
Administrative duties
▪ Perform administrative duties such as verification of documents,
maintaining and updating of data records, collation of outgoing
mails/deliveries, handling of loss and found logbook and maintaining
of office stationery stocks;
▪ Sickbay management
▪ Perform filing, organising and archival of files;
▪ Other duties as assigned by the School.
