Handle incoming telephone calls and provide general reception services to visitors, staff,
and students.
• Assist in student matters (latecomers, sick bay, early dismissal, lost and found items, request
for ice/biscuits/tissue, handling items to students, homework collection)
• Assist in administration matters (stationery organisation, first aid inventories, receiving of
goods, checking of files)
• Perform additional duties as assigned
