Job Description
1. Staff Performance & Training
• Observe and monitor the performance of Assistant Library Officers regularly.
• Identify underperforming staff and provide targeted coaching and retraining sessions.
• Conduct onboarding training for new employees to ensure they understand their duties, library systems, and service expectations.
• Ensure all staff maintain high standards of professionalism, customer service, and library operations.
2. Manpower Planning & Support
• Maintain a standby pool of trained staff to ensure uninterrupted operations in case of absenteeism or manpower shortages.
• Coordinate staff deployment to ensure adequate coverage across all assigned library branches.
3. Reporting & Documentation
• Submit accurate monthly attendance records and performance reports to NLB in a timely manner.
• Verify monthly billing, ensure accuracy of work hours and services provided, and submit billing reports to NLB for processing.
4. Client Relationship & Communication
• Attend monthly meetings with NLB representatives to review staff performance, address operational issues, and align on expectations.
• Act as the main point of contact between WSH Experts and NLB for all matters related to Assistant Library Officers.
Monday to Friday – 08.00 AM to 1.30 PM
