Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Develop, update, and maintain the project timeline and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with each version of the project’s design.
Review and incorporate design schemes, constraints, and critical dependencies that may impact the project timeline.
Perform schedule analysis and highlight potential risks or delays.
Advise and support the Employer/Client in the use and implementation of project planning tools and related software.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to consolidate scheduling inputs.
Provide updates and reporting to project management and stakeholders.

Job Requirement

At least 3 years of relevant experience in project scheduling, preferably in reclamation, marine, civil, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Hands-on experience with project planning software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project (training in these tools is required).

Strong understanding of project sequencing, dependencies, and risk impacts.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, design proposals, and project plans.

Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

Full-time commitment required for the duration of the project.
