Job Description
Oversee road inspections using video and images to identify, record, and classify defects (type, size, repair method).
Ensure defect data is accurately labelled, geo-tagged, and uploaded into the system/ML model for reporting.
Generate and submit daily inspection reports with photos and defect details.
Coordinate and refer issues to relevant divisions or agencies daily, and track follow-ups.
Monitor and report cleanliness and safety issues
Identify and document unauthorized items (banners, ads, stickers) on road facilities.
Track recurring defects and deterioration trends and report to the Authority.
Prepare and submit schedules, monthly progress reports, and defect summaries.
Ensure inspections follow the approved schedule and project progress is on track.
Job Requirement
Relevant experience and knowledge in Project Management to manage all the works as set forth in the Contract Specifications and to assume all the duties and responsibilities as set forth in the Contract
A relevant Degree approved by the Authority
Has good knowledge of specifications, code of practices, various guidelines and repair works
Proficient in spoken and written English
