Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of heritage and museum-related works, including national festivals
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across multiple initiatives within museums
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, government agencies, vendors, creatives, and community partners to align project objectives.
Oversee procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration in accordance with public sector guidelines.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and engaging heritage experiences for diverse audiences.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards for events and exhibitions.

Job Requirement

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Arts Management, Heritage Studies, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 - 8 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in heritage, museums, arts, culture, or large-scale events.
Proven experience managing end-to-end projects, including festivals, exhibitions, or public programmes.
Experience working with government agencies or public sector procurement processes is an advantage.
Strong project management skills, organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
Creative thinking with an appreciation for cultural and heritage narratives.
